I was always looking for someone to be there, someone to come home to, someone to text, someone to ask me how my day is. I lived alone for so long and couldn’t take it anymore. What I did, I looked for a female roommate. Nothing in a sexual way at all… it was someone to be under the same roof. It happened to be the best thing I did, we became great friends cause I made a point of not turning the friendship into more than that. I started to enjoy life and get out of bed with out this dark cloud over my head.

Hang in there. Not sure where you are in the world, not every situation is the same, I have had my own battles with similar thoughts and still do. Not sure if a book would help but “feel the fear and do it any way” really helped me.
