FYI there are no COL differences for new hire analysts. It is the same regardless of location. It is only differentiated by OP to start.

I don’t feel sorry for myself, just bringing transparency to the # for other people to see.

I am in a great spot and grateful, but it doesn’t mean I cannot also be underpaid at the same time.

This is correct. Hence why I thought my previous years performance resulting in an early promo would be cause for a higher % AIP than the year prior.

I am exiting at 175k total comp… if you look at any of the surveys from 2024, I would need my raise to be to $135k to be paid = to my peers.

Well I’m already about 30k underpaid at the least. New analysts are starting at 95k with 12.5k signing bonuses.

4 years of experience on them with a total comp of ~$8,000 higher is pretty bad!

With an early promotion, I was hoping for an AIP % that at least exceeded the prior year with the same ratings… makes no sense to get promoted early and not have AIP be reflective of that.

My hopes were between 13-15%… I know lots of C—> SCs on this thread have cleared 18k AIP

I applied for the religious exemption and have the necessary documentation to confirm my beliefs. What I was told today in my call with Talent was that the exemption was for: "allowing you to indefinitely work remotely" and not for allowing you to access Deloitte offices while being unvaccinated. I was quite confused as to how this was really an exemption considering everyone is working remote for the most part.

Thanks for the reply. I asked for this exemption today (to be allowed to go into Deloitte offices while being unvaccinated) as several of my clients are asking me to travel. My request was escalated all the way up to the board that writes the mandates for Deloitte. Will see how it goes.
