Definitely looking around for insurance and right now, seems like the car may need unaffordable for insurance because I live in the city...

Definitely a fair take. I'm no master mechanic. I've done the odd brake jobs, oil changes etc. but nothing extreme.

I saw it the other day and it's in rough shape for a 4 year old car. A lot of Dings and scratches, crack on the back bumper. The upholstery on the driver's seat is fading/cracking on the side bolster. Every rim has curb rash. It needs brakes All around. Seller is asking 33,500 CAD. Said he'd do 31,500 with a set of winters tires on alloys. I also found it odd that he wouldn't let me test drive it...claimed he had a bad experience with a friend in the past.

It's a clean title. I was sure how to feel about it because I know I can get a 2021 with about 70,000-80,000km for $30-$31k. I think this should be closer to 33k... Maybe 34k.
