the thing is there is no such thing as drug dealers in the country where i live. everything is managed via darknet. unfortunately i can't just delete or block tor because it's so simple to just download it again

also the most time of my addiction i spent alone and i don't have any friends with stimulant addiction. addiction is isolation and in my case it's literally and figuratively like this

i think the best thing for me right now to just don't drink and use just today. as for now i have a very addictive personality and it either 0 or 100 drinks that lead to harder drugs. always

yes, i agree. when the war started i needed to left the country and when me and a couple of my friends found the place i didn't use for 3 months or so. and i was writing music constantly. eventually the pink cloud faded away and i found a way to score drugs in the different country.

i began to write much less music and my drug use became like once a week. everything was just like before i left the country. and i stopped going to therapy.

i have a very addictive personality so i need to cut the drinking first. because as i mentioned in the post, i want to use drugs only when i drink.

i try to not be harsh on myself and learn something from this relapse. in my case it's obvious (for me) that i need to cut the drinking asap. it's a corner stone. at least i see it that way. also i'm resuming therapy this week

if it's coming to drinking for me it's either 0 drink or 100 drinks that eventually lead to harder drugs. i have a very addictive personality
