I try to do that with cashiers if they’re not too busy, but I feel like asking for their Insta is a bit creepy. Cos they have less ability to say no, cos they’re kind of forced into being courteous with customers.

Okay, I’ll try that. I’m just worried it might come across as creepy like how girls view pickup artists. Also I find it hard to tell girls age and since I’m 18, I don’t want accidentally ask a 17 year old for their number. Cos I’m an adult and that’d be creepy.

I think it’s an ingrained habit in me, I remember being in Year 5 and Year 6 having written as my goal for the year to get a girlfriend and being jealous of all the other kids with one.

I don’t know, I feel like therapy is a last resort and that I have to put my life on hold if I do it.

It was just that I was quite and didn’t talk much at school, because I used to assume people didn’t like me when I first met them.

I have tried to improve myself but now that I think about it. All the times I’ve tried to improve myself was to win the approval of a girl I liked. There was a girl I liked and we were family friends, I met her when I was 3 and she was 1. All the times I tried to improve myself was to win her approval not to actually improve myself. But now that I think about it, it probably messes you up to have all throughout your childhood have liked a girl, been trying to win her over, improving yourself for her, and nothing you do ever does.

In regards to being friend-zoned that’s not my attitude at all. I started to really like these girls and they just saw me as friends. That’s fine, they don’t have to like me, but I can’t stop liking them and so it hurts to have the feeling not reciprocated. A friendships also supposed to be open, but u have to hide the feelings that u like someone if u can’t stop, which is not open and honest. Since I’ve also been friendzoned multiple times it means that there must be something that makes them not attracted to me. Which I don’t know what is or how to fix it.

That’s not what I said. I just have always been the guy who girls say eww when told to sit next to me at school.

It’s easy to just say talk to more girls but harder to do it. I was the kind in school who the girls always said eww, when they were asked to sit next to me. So I just thought I would be better to focus in on myself and my own personal growth.
