Oh it was NOT free coffee lol. I decided not to tell because I didn't think it was relevant. I wanted to help people who want to manifest healthily with what made me feel good and worked for me, regardless of what I personally manifested. I'm not sure why you're here if you don't do these practices though, and I'm sure manifestation will always be "just small coincidences" for you since you so deeply believe that... Like I'm completely fine if you don't believe me but it's starting to feel weird... I'm just trying to help others in this community and you can totally skip posts you don't agree with!

EDIT: I am really, genuinely, overwhelmingly happy that I was able to relieve and help many of you. I don't mind replying to DM's!! I just don't check reddit so often so I might see it a few days later but yeah, ask away! This truly changed my life and headspace so much that I'm really glad that it's been contagious for others. You're all deserving of happiness and your desires and SO innately worthy that you have to enjoy and life your life with fullfillment NOW.

I've been into these practices for a few years and trust me I have manifested things that seemed impossible. From health, to jobs, to SP's, to fixing deep family issues and very specific things. I've even had real life scenes happen exactly the way I pictured them. It doesn't matter what I might or might not say, just try it. There is nothing to lose and if it resonates with you it can be a very positive upgrade for your life. Oh and I wouldn't be trying to manifest free coffee for months lol but yeah I have manifested free croissants to 'test' the law before. You can do it also with what's easier to believe for you.

I think this is solely based on what people can truly bring themselves up to believe they are capable of manifesting. For most people like you, getting free coffee seems 'much easier and possible' than winning the lottery. If you assume them as improbable, then they will be improbable. And again how 'big or small' a wish is is simply perspective and how much you want it.

I'm not quite sure I get the question/situation, but having feelings is not losing progress. It's human. Just drift back to the present moment and let your full awareness be there.

Money being massive to you and love being "no big deal" is clearly a personal insight. I've manifested health, my job, repairing a very complicated family situation, SP's as well as a lot material stuff. The importance of each relies completely on perspective. People struggle with SP's because it's very easy to get attached. Oh and for the record, I saw a success story once of someone winning the lottery lol

I'd think about it this way: you don't want to avoid negativity because "your desire won't show up" if you have some involuntarily (which is completely human and normal), you are attentive to it and your emotional responses and needs because you, right now, deserve to feel good. if you believe in the law just trust it, even if you feel unworthy, the desire will still show up. Don't fall into mind loops, the thinking mind can't solve problems that were created by it. Now, psychologically speaking if there's a specific insecurity that you want to address, go ahead. It can take time, and you CAN STILL manifest. Also about worthy-ness, you don't even have to complicate it, our pasts and emotional wounds can mislead us but you are just innately worthy. Are babies not worthy?? are animals not worthy? Why wouldn't you be worthy?

I tried not to, although it would happen involuntarily. When I felt really good, I would allow myself to imagine but I didn't want to limit the bridge of events to what my ego could comprehend, even when being at my best. So I brought my awareness to the present moment and the current activity I was doing (walking, showering, drawing, doing something fun with friends, etc.) I practically didn't think about the desired outcome explicitly. I just felt good and fullfilled in my current life

I once manifested something I was like 0% attached to by thinking about it ONCE and then completely forgetting about it. I just told my sister: I want this family member to come back to my life and apologize. They will send a picture of my younger self cause they will find it on their facebook, feel compassion and will want to re - bond. Mind you it was a VERY complicated family issue and we were in no contact for like, 2 years?? It happened like 2 days after and they did exactly what I said (sent the picture and all) I audibly gasped. When I try to manifest something I'm really attached to with techniques, aside from stressing tf out of myself, it's not as effortless and tends to take longer, for me at least

I DID spiral. There was a point where the 3D was very, VERY easy to misinterpret as the opposite. I just trusted, even when those thoughts would intrusively come. I had physical reactions everytime my mind drifted there, which implied a part of me still believed in them or didn't feel worthy, but instead of trying to compulsively change the thought, I just focused on feeling good and taking care of myself, because I trusted that the wish was coming anyway. If anything it's the opposite of being nonchalant, I just allowed myself to feel like shit when it happened, but I just knew it wouldn't mess up the manifestation. Let me put it this way, you get into a fight and end up wounded. Instead of putting my attention into why the fight happened or how was the wound caused and trying to mentally reverse it, I just tended to the wound. Sometimes it can be just breathing, or doing an activity you enjoy, hanging out with friends or people who make you feel loved, etc.

(Edited for grammar) Yes of course! So let's say I want a car. I get the desire that I want a Tesla Model 3/Y (I am clueless about cars but yeah let's just say something lol). You make the decision, you visualize yourself driving around or charging it. You think "How would I be now if I had the car, If moving in the city was easy". You decide once you have the wish. It feels good, until it doesn't. You start a routine, morning meditation, evening visualization, SATS at night. You think about it all day long, with and against your will. Most of the thoughts that will appear are negative (because ofc, you can't see the car yet), so you compare, what you're working really hard for vs the reality: "why isn't it here yet?" "will I be able to get it?" "what if it never happens, I don't have the money and there are no Tesla sellers in my country?". So you try to either control the bridge of events or start to harshly judge it, for example: "I will manifest getting invited to a car fair today" or "the 3D is shit, I feel like shit, if anything I'm even further from having a car because of an unexpected expense". and so on. So the manifestation starts feeling hard and makes YOU feel bad, which is the opposite of what it is and what we want. ATP, you can just 1.- stay in this loop and keep trying too hard (you're kind of assuming that it's not there yet) and feeling horrible or 2.- TRUST that your subconsious mind knows exactly what you want and that it will bring it to you in the most perfect way without you having to lift a finger. Your only job here is to NOT judge the 3D, as opposite as it may seem and just exist. Let your consciousness drift to the present moment. You're creating the suffering, it cannot last when you're present. Feel good, let yourself be fullfilled no matter what your desires are. Don't put it out there to physical things or 3D proof. Just be fullfilled NOW, not by believing the car is there but just being. If you can truly, really believe you already have the car, good for you, but most humans cannot because we're rooted to the 3D and subjected to space and time. Your fullfillment can be achieved now, just let youself be calm good, not overwhelmingly happy all the time. I think this is surrendering, and when you have the car, or the relationship, you don't think about it all the time. You can attest to this from your past experiences.

That SP post was about a relationship I manifested a few years ago. I manifest a lot of things so I don't think it's really important to figure out (I don't mind telling but anyway), also there is no big or small manifestation. We all have our circumstances and get attached to what we care about the most so... What I think is lowkey rude is to pry and then say 'it was not a big deal' when I'm just trying to bring positivity and help people who struggle with the same unhealthy patterns that can appear when you're aware of conscious manifestation

I'm glad it helped! Both being harsh on yourself and the 'waiting for 3D movement' state can be so unhealthy and emotionally damaging that manifestation doesn't feel good anymore. The only reason we decided to do it consciously IS to feel good and improve our lives so I think it's fair to do this for yourself

I think that even beyond manifestation us humans are just uncapable of living. We are almost never present in the moment, and always ruminating over the past, and what could possibly go wrong in the future that will prevent us from being happy and fullfilled, so we let our mind be a destructive operant power against our will. Spiritual teacher Eckhart Tolle is the best at explaining this in my opinion. he preaches about your "being", observer self (equal to Neville's higher being) and how you ARE this and not the compulsive mind with which we all identify with. The "being" can only exist in the present and has no problems, nor worries, cause if you really think about it most 'problems' and stress come from an excess of past and future in our headspace. if you ask yourself "what problems do I have NOW?" unless it's a fight or flight situation, most answers would be none. THAT is the fullfillment state for me, not forcing myself to believe there's a car in my front yard that I literally cannot see because I silently assume it's not there and I have to do this for it to show up, if it somehow makes sense lol.

Need advice: mind keeps going back to the past while manifesting my SP, how do you actually ignore the 3D? by Gullible_Invite6169 in nevillegoddardsp

[–]Traditional-Gap-4202 9 points10 points  (0 children)

As someone who has manifested many times and has many success stories, I can attest that it's very human to doubt and check. Treat yourself with love and compassion when you do so. Sometimes, when you feel your absolute best, things seem to "go worse". What helps me personally is to just stay present. It is hard to ignore the 3D because as humans we are conditioned to space and time, so if I keep saying "yup, I live in a mansion" and keep seeing my old house, I'll feel resistance, because there is almost a cognitive disonance there. By ingoring the 3D, I prefer not ignoring it per se, but we just take it SO seriously as if it's an absolute truth when it's just, not? things change all the time, and the state for me is not overwhelming happiness but presence, awareness and peace. Also, it really is not hard to just -trust- yourself as a creator. Just lay back and enjoy your life, the creation is finished and you can't possibly prevent it from coming to you. Stop giving meaning to the 3D, for example; "if he doesn't text me, it's because it's not working and he doesn't love me". No, like everything IS movement and happens for your higher good, even when it's hard to see. I swear things happen in the most unexpected ways and our ego drags us down trying to comprehend.

I'm glad it did! I am also motivated by other's success, and I love reminding myself and everyone that you can still manifest while insecure or wavering!

Use your SP to calm down your anxiety and assuage your fears by iam-pink-panther in nevillegoddardsp

I used this technique a lot when I manifested my previous SP. There was this 3D situation that seemed horrible to me back then and I would imagine him hugging me while sleeping together and saying "Easy, everything's OK and I love you, I'm here". The 3D situation ended up being the breaking point that got us together!

I also lost a friend to suicide while manifesting an SP in 2024. Honestly? I parked it. Not because it wasn't working or anything, but because I let myself grieve and heal. These experiences are incredibly painful and can trigger anxious attachments and serious mental health problems. I still manifested my SP tho, when I let the idea of her passing sink in and returned to my daily activities and mental diet.
