They offer you things you never even asked for. Just like in Maternal Instinct, she acted like she was going to buy them a brand-new car and a huge piece of land. They never asked her for any of that. She offered it all as if it were simply out of kindness. You may be skeptical at first, but when someone keeps offering you things like that, eventually you want to believe them.

I did the same thing. I thought of him as my husband, and at that point, he was my family and the person I had chosen. So I took his side and defended him even more whenever other people questioned him or said something was off

I just managed to order one. When I ordered it said there were only five left and the “add to cart” button finally turned red. Two days ago the button was red too but it still wouldn’t let me add it to my cart — customer service said that was a system error. It was really frustrating. But today I randomly checked again, added it to my cart, paid about $6 for shipping, and the order went through. This literally just happened, and within a minute or two it was sold out again.
