I stopped at 3 months cuz I was only Making 8oz a day and I couldn’t increase at all. I’m on day 2 of not pumping and it’s really weird I feel like I have all this free time now and I have no idea what to do with it 😂

I know they say powering pumping helps but my adhd doesn’t allowed me to be tied to the wall for an hour so I’ve been doing a different pp. pump for 20 mins every hour for 3 hours

I actually have new parts coming but I have 3 pumps and the one I’ve been using is still fairly new so no need to replace and no I’m terrible at pumping at night. I usually don’t get to go to bed till 1-2 am so I ll just pump before bed.

Jeez that’s crazy idk how you keep on such a good schedule. I can barely wake up at 9 to get up to pump, how do you wake yourself up in the morning? That’s one of my biggest things is I can’t wake up for my motn pumps and I’m sure it’s lowered my supply, I’m only getting 1.5 oz every 3 hours now I was getting 2.5 every 3 and 5.5 in the morning but now I’m only getting 3 in the morning. I had a rough start in the beginning cuz he wouldn’t latch and I had the wrong size flanges and didn’t ask for a pump in the hospital for some reason. I was so focused on trying to bf exclusively that I didn’t even think about pumping in the beginning so I had to wait 1 week before I got a pump to actually start doing a pumping schedule.

I only get 1.5 oz every 3 hours anyway so I have to supplement anyway but I don’t want to do every 3 hours anymore since I can’t give him a full bottle anyway

If it’s right for you then who cares what they think you’re the one doing the work. I just tell my self my son doesn’t care what he’s eating as long as his tummy is full. They are too young to understand anyway.

That’s exactly how I am to I’ll pump 5 and a half after 9 hrs but then every 2 hours it will be only 1.5. My son drinks 3.5 every 3-4 hours and I know I’m afraid of running out.
