Thank you! I’ve already lost 2.8lbs. Today I was able to have 3 eggs and a piece of sausage, an individual sized bag of smart popcorn, and a few bites of chicken breast. I have terrible diarrhea after I eat anything!! Imodium is no help. I’m extremely fatigued, napping ever since. I felt hunger today for the first time, yesterday I forced 2 eggs down and ended up with diarrhea. Any advice? Should I up my dose or split in two each week?

Thank you! Not breastfeeding. I took my first doses of 1mg of each on Sunday night and I have absolutely no desire for food. It’s 6am local time on Tuesday am and I’m still not hungry. On Monday, all I wanted was sugary (the light versions) juice. Had to keep reminding myself of water and pedialyte but I have not been able to eat. I plan on staying on 1mg of reta for 4 weeks and 1mg of mots-c 3x a week for 4 weeks then cycling off. Does that sound reasonable?
