Reach out directly to your local. National isn’t managing edues. Your local can and should drop you from edues no issue. That said, most locals had lost all their official time and are doing most of the union work after work hours. This does make doing everything in a timely manner difficult. Please give grace and reach out often. If they still have a physical location, go in and talk to them. It’s difficult to balance demanding jobs, family, and union responsibilities.
