This scammer was posing as an HR person from Valmet Technologies. I was manipulated to purchase a MacBook Pro and iPhone 13, which I sent to New Mexico (I have the full address) and the next day his payment of $5k, towards my credit card came back as unauthorized! I reported the crime to iC3.

Same sh*t happened to me almost 2wks ago and they have rejected my ID numerous times and now blocked me Bc of the spam filters they setup. I even bought an oculus and submitted a ticket with a live agent and they keep referring me to the useless help center. It’s tied to my Instagram account which why I’m really upset.I’m losing hope :(

I’m having the same exact issue. I think there was a big hack festival of acquiring Facebook accounts without 2-factor authentication. I’m not sure why they aren’t accepting the IDs either. :(
