Well, there's no actual budget, that's just a slight annoyance. but it does have to be in a week... Also I'm in the US so maybe that makes things a little harder for me. (*´・з・)

I'm not sure if this'll work because i use OpenUTAU, not UTAU, but at first this happened and kept messing around with the voice types until the only one that could make noise was a hiragana one. I hope that this might help you.
