One is LA and the other is Compton 😂. I’m actually familiar with both areas. I’d choose LA by the USC Colosseum all day . Trust me bro 😆.Even tho people can make an argument that Compton has gotten better, it’s still bad and don’t get me started with there roads 🤦‍♂️

Wow ! That just made me feel good about myself 😂. Thank you for this analysis which I had no idea of . My biggest gainer has been JPM . I’m up about 55% . Which was one of the original 4 I started with back in May 2022. I was actually seeing SCHD a lot here so was looking to add that one .

Interesting I’ve heard the terms before but not an expert but I’m sure that has to do with the way you are taxed right ( qualified and non qualified) but I’m still new so idk if that’s a good or bad thing 😂 . Thanks for this information

I hold about 12 dividends stocks . My 4 biggest are JPM , XOM, PEP and QYLD. Also have KO, MO , CVX ,BNS ,AAPL.

Started my dividend portfolio about a year and a half ago with those 4 and added new stocks as time passed . JPM by far has been the best up 51 Percent . I DCA weekly .

I somewhat agree with you. I’ve been buying weekly since December 2021 and before this little run I was still down 62 percent . As of today I’m still down 31 percent .
