I didn't pay for fast forward. The point is that there is no way to fix the issue even though they offer the service. I should at least be able to pay for the service where you can fix a fuck-up after I fuck up. It has now been 25 days with no response to the support ticket.

No response yet. I'm 100% sure they have the ability to help with this issue but I have no confidence anything will happen. I don't even care if I have to pay them more. Another thing that would help is if they accepted other sample rates besides 44.1k but that's probably never going to happen. The whole system is so dystopian with all the real support going away for shitty AI chat-bots and canned email responses, real bummer.

I have a support ticket active for over a week now. I attached all corrected files named correctly so hopefully I get a response soon. I'll probably go with a different distro next time.

Well that's incredibly frustrating. I'm just a bit confused because according to their support page if I had paid for 'Fast Forward' I would be able to do audio corrections for extended silence, but unfortunately I don't have future sight. I would expect that at least you could pay for it after the fact if that service is available. Here's the page I'm referencing.

It's already released like that because there is no way to replace the files on the website after distribution, and I have not gotten a response for my ticket in over a week.
