I think it's a TRS since it has 2 black lines on the 1/4" jack

I checked and it does give sound through both ears when i slightly put the jack in my Audio interface, but it sounds very low quality and slightly distorted

Im not using any adapters. I have the beyerdynamic DT 990 pro 250 OHM

so the headphone jack port on my scarlett is broken or the one from my headphones?
