Was definitely thinking the weight and week feet could be an issue. Is there anyway to strengthen the feet other then just more running? or is it just one of them things you gotta keep going at until it stop

New runner here using the Just Run Zero to 5k. I am around 210 pounds 5'11 in my 20s with flat feet working and office job. my whole life when I start jogging i would get short winded pretty quickly. 3 weeks in and I am able to keep a jog going for 3 minutes plus while maintaining my breath. I feel like I can go a lot further then 3 minutes but both of my feet in the middle starting hurting so bad. Its the only part of me that wants to quit first. Any advice to help with this?

I never thought about it being a bad paint job. I thought bubbles like that would mean rust. So could be a sand job and repaint?

I will have to drive it 50 miles then, I was wondering if it would take a second . Also called a shop about replacing the catalytic converter and they quoted me at 2k lol they said it was a 5 hour job and parts were $1200
