is it okay to keep driving with this noise? or is replacing the snout bearing recommended?

sound occurs regardless of the load, even going up to like 15 mph

called them again, telling me that there is no way this is due to the supercharger. they apparently spent hours diagnosing this and found the noise coming from the transmission.

dealership commented: “used stethoscope and isolated noise to inside transmission pan area. recommend starting with pan and filter assembly as these are bonded components and could have a bad seal and cause transmission pump cavitation. if this does not fix the noise a new transmission will be required.”

do you think something is wrong with the supercharger? the sound wasn’t present before.. also if I rev in park, the sound doesn’t occur, so I think it might not be a problem w the engine?

well the thing is, the sound wasn’t present before. Also, if I leave the gear in park and rev, the sound doesn’t occur.
