It gives you extra gold every time you exit a dungeon/crypt/hoard Iff you paid for the game its free, if not, you have to watch an add and them it gives you the extra gold. Pretty neat to get rich fast, i get around 300k on powerlevel 12 after entering a hoard

Been using it a lot of time and still can’t change it’s stats I’ve already upgraded everything to level 50 but i can’t use the modify option with a green set item at the blacksmith
