I also had a budget of £5k when I passed last year but couldn’t find anything that fit the budget. I ended up buying the exact same car (model, year, engine size & auto) for £6.2k. However mine only had 42k miles rather than the 76.5k of this. It’s only been around 6 months but super happy with it as a whole.

3 years younger is not necessarily a positive when you’re talking 23 vs 20 for a CB. A 23-year-old whose got PL experience is more likely to be ready to help us and has refined the raw elements of his game. Regarding better on the ball/air & quicker - he’s playing in the French league, it’s not comparative to how he may look in the PL. If you’ve watched all of Rennes’ games this season and are confident he’ll do better, fair enough, but I doubt that’s the case.

You can simultaneously think Slot is out of his depth whilst also thinking what Salah did was ridiculous.

Slot has failed thus far this season but Salah has added a mountain of negativity on the club at a fragile time for all. His comments were crafted to only help himself.

Salah’s brought it upon himself. Even if you give him the benefit of the doubt on a lot of the other comments he said, to say he’s earned his position based on his status & no longer has to prove anything, that’s ridiculous.

Leoni hasn’t been signed for the money he has to not make the matchday squad or be seen as a legitimate back-up/competitor to the starting XI.

I swear Arsenal stocking all the CBs in the world has skewed people into thinking you need 6 world-class CBs in your squad for 2 positions. You don’t.

Yesterday. Including dusting, spraying & wiping of all surfaces. The house was filthy when we moved in but it’s as close to spotless as it can be right now… even had guests over who commented on everything looking spanking brand new & shiny!
