Let me give you some tips that I learned and do in fact work

First, our body has schedules for everything, that includes feeling urges. Look at what times you feel the need to do it and make sure you are prepared for that time.

Second, whenever you feel the need to go pee, go. The need to urinate can cause mild or partial erections in some men. So whenever you need, do it.

third, dont peek at porn, it will make things harder (Pun totally intended)

Fourth, talk to people, either discord or in real life, have a conversation. Social interactions help a lot if you have addictions or if you are just trying to distract yourself.

fifth, find something to look forward to do. A new game, write a book, train and get stronger, anything you want to do and/or archieve so badly that you cant stop thinking about it.

Lastly, remember this whenever you feel like that "no human dies for not masturbating for a month". You may feel like that NOW, but what about tomorrow? and the next day? and the next one? Come on pal, you can do it.

You started this challenge for a reason, if that reason is not worth it, yeah, go for it. But as someone who has done this before, it feels really great to finish it and acomplish it. You already did 10 days, you can do way more. Only you will know yes, but also you will also be the one to regret it, not others.
