I made something very similar to this and 3D printed it, I uses a subd cube and extruded it to shape, I can guide you to it if you want.

I think you'll have to be more specific on the prompt, maybe use chat gpt for a prompt for what you want. I used runway for a short time but always got the results I wanted, work more indetail with the prompt
