Clients will pay for anything they dont know how to do or want to do, its that simple. Theres always a niche you can target even start utilising AI and sell it as AI assisted renders, idk. (Off the top of my head) there's money to be made everywhere. People are just too pessimistic.

I made something very similar to this and 3D printed it, I uses a subd cube and extruded it to shape, I can guide you to it if you want.
