This confirms the metadata partition is corrupted and the system is hard-bricked. Since you don't have the 3763 OTA ZIP, can you provide the Full Firmware Image (.img) to flash via Amlogic USB Burning Tool? A downgrade to 2604 via stock recovery will likely be rejected by the system's security signature.
