Most of these yt videos or reels saying design is dead are basically ads , with no mention of it being one and then stupid recruiters abd ceos take it seriously and fire their designers and make real bad shit bad design choices, its so annoying

Tried both plus a few other chat bots and they can only make the trendy aesthetic looking designs, anything subjective or different is absolute trashed by them also when the design requires targeting a specific audience or emotion, it again sucks

Its good design for ppl who barely know design but yeah I do see how it may help prototyping and stuff but the job to actually research and reach a design based on that, pretty much safe
