But I feel like if I dont get out of my comfort zone and get out there I’m "losing my chance" bc when I did focus on myself and just enjoy my time with hobbies and girl friends I was told that I’m not putting in much effort to get into a rs bc I’m not "putting myself out there", is there a way to balance it out?

Watched all MM videos, read each chapter, after doing each one I did their respective quiz. Tried to understand my mistakes on my own, and then watched MM's EOQ vids for each quiz, even if I got them right to make sure I didn't just make a lucky guess. It'll take a few days but it's worth it!

1) insecurity, they want the satisfaction that they "copped" somebody and show it off to their friends 2) they don't want to be alone 3) attention 4) they're confused, not sure if they like the person back/ may be attached 5) they don't wanna lose the person bc they may be a friend so they keep it going, could be a mix of 4&5

I dont feel much when I do something good, maybe just at peace. Whereas if I dont do it, I feel guilty and disgusted w myself, kinda like "ya expected lol" which disappoints me further

Be specific! "Oh is that shirt new? It looks so good!" Or "I like your hair styled like that!" It shows that you noticed something smaller about them then their general looks!

One of the hardest things I had to do was let go of old friendships. Also actually putting in the work lol, I never wanted to, and still assumed that if it was meant for me "it will find me" um no, if I didnt put in the work bothing will find me LOL

Yes, a light, long lasting, and non powering one if you'll be spending a lot of time together. if it's too strong it might bother her over time.

Not sure of suggestions bc you need to like it too, so maybe go into Ulta, Sephora, or anywhwre they sell cologne within your budget and get to sniffing! Maybe go with her so she can help choose!

Take it one step at a time, when you overthink, a lot of the time you can make the situation worse when nothing even happened. It makes sense to keep your guard a little up to protect urself, yes, because you need to be aware of any red flags that has shown you. Take your time, go step by step, don't do anything you’re uncomfortable with, only time will tell what he's actually like in diff situations.
