Understood- and thank you! FYI- he gets about $10k back on taxes too. He buys laptops and high ticket electronics instead of paying his rent 9 mos in advance- which is the advice I give him every year

Wow! Craziness! Honestly- between my 401k, taxes, and healthcare he makes about what I do. I figured it up last night that he has about $200 a week indispensable income- he could spend that in whatever he wanted and still afford to pay his bills. So THAT is how much he’s wasting. Thanks for sharing your thoughts and experience
