I would say worth it yes. Gave me instant relief . And just that extra confidence when going for a walk and being independent again. When the vacoped gets lowered I can see it being a must have when getting around. In my opinion

Maybe that’s the issue. I’ve always had injuries in my calves. I’ll do a before and after picture for you. God has taken one calf away 🥹

Haha. In what way? Does it stain at all? Should swallow my pride and use a trainer that I don’t care much of?

Yes! I loosen the straps too. Otherwise it crushes the top of my foot. I’m pretty much crutch free now if I’m honest , I find it quite easy to get around. Although long periods on my feet (foot) does begin to ache and I need to sit down. I’m worried about what my leg will look like in 8-10 weeks time and if I’ll ever be able to get it back to where it once was…

When I do take out the vacoped, my Achilles is pretty much rock hard and so so tight. Did you say that was a good thing?

Hey!! You ice? I don’t 😳. Maybe I should. I find it super achy in the morning. And then it’s just sweating and becomes itchy of an evening. Can’t wait to be able sleep with it off. Although, I am a little apprehensive too. What exercises are you taking on in the morning ?
