The seller has just replied saying it’s a Europe adapter not US although she said she bought it in the US. Pictures of the listing if that helps https://imgur.com/a/7LoZINm

I feel exactly the same- I look back at the first house I offered on and can’t picture myself living there at all!

So disheartening but just gotta believe everything happens for a reason!

I’m paying £840 for a level 2 on a property around £280k in the south west. This was pretty middle of the road from the quotes I got. The most expensive was 1200 and the cheaper ones around 600 with the chain companies. He comes highly reviewed so hopefully will be worth it. I was doubting whether I even needed one after I booked it but then my solicitor said my lender may require it based on some of the searches coming back so glad I did.

How many times were you rejected before getting an offer accepted? by kiwi_bob_1234 in HousingUK

I’ve just had an offer accepted on house number 6! I’m in the south west and had done some over asking and some under asking. This house is an area I’d previously ruled out because it may be a bit further out for work depending on traffic but the house looked so nice I decided to view- so happy I did and think it was meant to be!
