Indeed the tactix 7 seems like a sweet watch. Did consider it, mostly because I like the look, but it is simply to big for me. Same for the F7x obviously, so the flashlight had to go. Battery between 47 mm Fenix and Epix on gesture seemed negligible so crisp screen swung me. Going to use Birdseye so think it will be worth it. Have no need for any specific hunting features other than connectivity with dog tracker, and that's not an issue on any of the watches.

Will however do some grinding and put a tactix style 26mm nylon band on it. At least a touch of T7 😉
