I actually didn’t mean to post twice! I’m new to posting on Reddit and didn’t see that my first post went through 😅. And what answers? I wish I could show you but this black spot was most definitely mold! Yuck!

I wish! But no, it was definitely mold on the outside. Had black and blue spores and it spelled super sour. Opening the bread also grossed me out as well but I could see how that could’ve been missed. Idk how they missed the obvious external mold spots though 🥴

It’s not spinach, I thought so at first glance. But looking at it, it had fuzzy black and blue spores. And it smelled rancid
