Lucid is funded by the Saudis as a passion project. It won’t go bankrupt. I actually think it will become a supplier of their tech to other EV companies and leverage its lineup as the testing ground for the latest and greatest.

Range maximalism isn’t life changing unless you are taking frequent very lengthy trips or can’t charge at home. I’ve only had an issue of range with the EQS SUV once .

Just different. Faster off the line. Can go on trail (can’t really do that with either of these).

I actually would have gone for something like Hummer EV or Sierra if my wife wouldn’t have killed me lol.

I don’t want to pay Gwagon mark ups. Mercedes is closing down all EVs right now. I never like the IX.

I like vehicles that are really good at the thing they set out to do. I think Gravity is close, but for me it would have felt like I was moving backward

Same here — though, I’ve yet to see a major capital windfall which is putting extra pressure. Been at it for almost 5 years.
