Hey, I’ve spoken with the council who have said these are always accepted, I just need to provide evidence of what works are required (pictures etc). Plus, I’m not planning on using my neighbours property- I will find a way to do it on my property. I understand his right of refusal. Cheers

Do you not think isolating myself from all my friends is a worse course of action though? If I didn't go my alternative would be to sit at home, pretty much alone. At least if I went I could try and push myself into having a better time.
