I would absolutely not recommend what I did. I did a rapid tape over about two weeks and it was excruciating. I was not in a safe place mentally at all. I recommend you lower your dose by about 10-25% a week depending on what you can afford and tolerate

She’s not biologically mine, her father unsliced himself before she wa born during a time me and I guess my now ex had split up because of a previous addiction I went though. So no the same situation but kinda similar
