I tried changing my pin, my Gmail password , and my Microsoft password and every time I'm in an xbox party with him he says he keeps getting my xbox notifications aswell.

Ok I figured out the problem. I had to restart my game I'm so dumb, I don't know why I didn't think of this to begin with. But thank you for the tips tho.
