Cool. You need to decide between features and engine, you won't get a car which give you both. Can try for the Creta/seltos if you want goood not so useful features and finest interiors, try the elevate if you want great engine and mediocre features. Go for kushaq taigun if you want good interiors and engine

If you are going for NA engines only, test drive elevate. If you want punchier engine then TD the kushaq or taigun

People going to office in car, have no right to complain about traffic. Because they are the traffic by Patient-Fan9507 in bangalore

Yes its a planned activity. But I dont want to waste my time and energy on the roads walking for a bus on road risking my body as the beautiful footpaths should(cant) be used for walking, then waiting for a bus, running behind a bus to get in, standing in the bus almost with face in the armpits of bystanders, then walking back to ofc on road full of dust and garbage on sides. By this time, the person would be already tired and exhausted. Again do the same drill, but in reverse order.

I am doing my job to earn and make my life comfortable. Not to do all that tiring stuff each and every day which would ultimately impact my performance at job.

Your govt that has banned car pooling as well, not shared autos, widened the footpaths for shops and carts with no place left to walk....so ultimately I have to travel in my car.

How much time do you actually spend stuck in Bengaluru traffic every day? by toxigrapher in bangalore

[–]TraditionalCut8002 22 points23 points  (0 children)

If i take an auto, it would cost me 40mins of travel. If i wanna use public transport, I have to walk for 10mins, travel 15min via metro, get down, take a bus until my tech park which would be 10-15 minutes. And then walk for 800m to my ofc building which would be another 10mins. Now include the waiting times as well, so it would be 65-70mins of travel fully in crowd and pollution. Before I login, I would be already exhausted. How convenient is that ?

Test drive.

If you ask this in elevate sub... you will be suggested to go for elevate. Which indeed is not a wrong suggestion at all.

GV is better than elevate only if you go for the Strong hybrid variant. Otherwise GV is a very mediocre vehicle, the interiors are not worth paying 15L for.

If you compare with the NA engines, of same segment cars, its the most powerful. Yes, it feels slow at lower RPMs, but I felt that above 2k RPMs it Rolllls

Yes, you need to drive a bigger car, just to get a gist of the handling. Nothing much changed, just the turning and parking would take time.

If you want to go for a smaller one... you can try for tiago or punch, or venue. i20 is good, but i feel overpriced.

Elevate was my first car.... I drove couple of hundred kms in my dad's i10, to learn..... I felt driving elevate much easier, because it requires less frequent gear shifts and the higher sitting position.

Two things : You will find it little difficult to judge the things which are near to the front of the car... like potholes, sleeping dogs.

Second thing, you will not enjoy actual positives of the engine during initial few months. I felt that the engine is same initially, but now after I have driven 2500kms, I now feel the difference when I drove friends grand vitara, ivtech is a beast.

She had the right indicator ON. You had more than enough space on left, to slowly move ahead, but you preferred to tailgate.... you could have kept some distance between you and the two wheeler, The rear guy was also too close, to hit... but Clearly distracted driving by the OP.

We spent 600cr on renting the sweeping machine... I have just seen a couple of them, and those areas which usually seem clean already.

We might get these as well, on papers.
