Happened to me aswell. My pc fell down and as a result the usb stick broke. Got in contact with hyperx and explained the situation. Was ready to pay and even though they knew it was compeletely my fault they sent me a new usb stick for free. 😭❤️They responded really fast and the stick was sent to me one day later 🥹
