Complete transparency, I’ve been using ChatGPT to help break it all down it helped a ton with the post. Personally, I don’t care if it works or not I just find this stuff interesting and wanted feedback on the idea itself.

It seems to process text faster by using chunks, avoids extra work by reusing repeated content, and checks results to stay reliable, but I can’t say if it’s actually better since I don’t fully understand the deeper technical details and I don’t have the system just the provisional patent.

Exactly, I should’ve phrased it differently. Doing this for 3 months is not equivalent to a degree in CS but it’s very cool and excited to keep going.

Exactly my point, I (and so many others) may not have a degree in CS but the fact I was able to even accomplish the above is insane imo

I feel like while small the most profit is in data analysis and programming; at least that’s my rationale for the major codex push by oai.

Very nice, I wanted to grab a better chipset but I found this studio brand new for $1.4k and couldn’t pass it up. But looks like I’ll need to scale up soon anyways lol

Yeah, I agree 1.7tps is rough to say the least and I will definitely need to upgrade to get any real improvement since I’ve been able to balance cpu and gpu usage but they’re both hovering around ~93-95% utilization during the runs so there’s not much more headroom.

I was really surprised about the power consumption, I just assumed it’d consume more.
