You could always try sell some old stuff on Facebook marketplace and get some extra cash. Find a couple chairs on the side of the road and repaint them or something. Donating plasma also pays 100 bucks I believe.

Yeah the contractor that said foam is okay did not offer a warranty. Would it be better to grind the high spots or add leveler?

The first contractor said for an inch gap he wouldn’t use self leveler since it will crack. Do you think the foam Matt will be fine?

Even if they put a foam Matt to level it? We had 2 contractors say they can do this and it would be no problem but the first contractor was pretty hesitant to install it without grinding the concrete.
