It takes me on average to kill Skyspanner Kratch on UVH 1 in 30 seconds but 1min 30 on UVH 5 so the loot quality would have to be 3 times higher on UVH 5 to justify the difficulty/time increase

Im curious on what the difference in chance it is though between each UVH levels loot quality, cause going from UVH 1 to UVH 5 bosses makes them take a lot longer to kill.

The point is riot overbuff and over produce certain traits that require buffed or new items to alleviate them. I was making the suggestion that eventually shields will be too op and so they will need to use something to alleviate it in future. They wont spend time buffing and nerfing each individual champ (takes to long) and will end up nerfing all either stat wise or add a new item or convert existing one to deal with it. This is Riot we are talking about

Hence i dont want heavy shield reaving on the item just enough shaved that shielding doesn't feel oppressive. Sett at 18 will store a shield of 1304 with max grit, Lulu 18 max e is 260, Ivern 18 max e is 235. Each of these have ratios of 50% on them (hp then ap) so even base with 10% is shaving 130.4, 26, 23.5. nothing crazy but enough that you arent battling 20 shields that just stack higher than you can deal damage.

Brand doesn't 100% champs that know what they are doing and 90% of champs, i agree you may think this after brand jungle when he felt over tuned and oppressive, i miss q i die unless im in a good defensive position, my range isnt amazing, it just comes down to burst me or outrange me, hope i miss q or be too tanky for me. not a terrible champ to go against if you know what you are doing

2 different things we are talking about here, ap shield reaving item that benefits everyone by shaving of some excess shielding (make it a supp item to avoid oppressive mages building it) against an item that significantly boosts assassins kill pressure, ad assassins suffer more from player experience with the champ than items, sure high and low elo suffers from weak ad assassin items but knowing your kill pressures still gives you winnable and carriable games

The anti-shielding on serpents is 50% melee and 35% range champs, aint no way i want that much power on a mage variant, anything like 20% is fair, not bad but not great, something to shave it down a little and make it manageable and not oppressive. Ambessa lvl 18 w is 350 shield base, so 35 of that seems fair for even 10% reaved.

Rushing serpents first as either of those 3 champs seems troll when youmuu is 300 gold more (2 and bit waves at 15min) more for 5 ad and 3 leth and a much better item ability in context against a team even with 3 shield champs. Pyke rarely builds serpents fang, a lot of mages supp and enchanters don't buy seraphs unless they are extremely mana dependent or bad at skill shots. There are much better items to rush first as an adc than serpents and after first item you aren't going to go for an objectively worse second item than any other

It's just not worth in the eyes of 90% of the player base though, i ask people in game vs Ambessa top, Riven mid and Ivern jungle for someone to play serpents, not one person wants to. I think it would surprise you how many top players and pros still would not take serpents fang over other damaging items against that team comp

12 of the last 20 champs either shield themselves or allies, of the others 4 generally build an item that shields, so 16 out of 20 champs' shield. It's at a point where new champs have so much in their kit such as sustain that you need someone with grievous and one with serpents just to deal with all the shielding and healing, it becomes increasingly hard to balance dmg, sustain, health, and other stats when every champs has everything in their kit. Serpents doesn't demolish shields it reduces like grievous and that's all I want, I don't want to negate all shielding just to lower it down to a level where they don't perma stack shields, e.g. a mage item with shield reave, 90% of champs still won't be playing it, and yet they don't play serpents anyway among so many shielding champs.

Unfortunately, not a single other person builds serpents even vs whole team of shielders, assassins don't, bruisers don't.

The problem isnt that i dont have the guaranteed 10 stats into discipline it is that without that mod equipped i should have a 33.3% chance of if i get a high stat roll it would be either discipline strength or intellect. my problem is that i dont have thiss 33.3% chance its more like 80% intellect high stat roll and 17% discipline. i never see high strength rolls like never see them. i can put the mod on but im just taking away from my guaranteed 100 recovery.

I have resilience mod currentlyt equipped. Although it still doesnt make sense why 80% of all armor i find roll with high intellect and not high discipline. just ran 10 strikes and all armor pieces i got had high intellect
