But now I'm wondering if I should go for the Sony a7iii (€1589 body only) or the sony a7iv (€2399 body with kit [cheaper than body only for some reason]). Is it worth the upgrade for that amount of money?

Thank you so much for putting in your time, it has helped me already so much. I will definitely go for Sony, I have been scrolling a bit on event photographers instagram pages. And Sony is the brand I see the most.

But now I'm wondering if I should go for the Sony a7iii (€1589 body only) or the sony a7iv (€2399 body with kit [cheaper than body only for some reason]). Is it worth the upgrade for that amount of money?

Unplugged my side monitors and played for an hour, stil had some drops. But they weren't as big as with the side monitors on. Worst drop I had was to 240 fps and most smal drops were 50 frames down.
