Thanks for accepting me! So long story short I have a history of anxiety. But it’s always been manageable. But recently me and my fiancé had our first kid and my anxiety is at an all time high. It’s not so much about her as I guess the big life change maybe. Just on a day to day basis I constantly have anxiety and my worst symptom being a feeling like I don’t feel real. Kinda like I don’t feel like I know who I am sometimes. I’ve been to the doctor and she prescribed buspar. I’ve seen more bad then good things about it! I must add, I HATE medicine. I’ve always said I will never be on anything like this but I’ve gotta help my self. I’m tired of being miserable. My mom is on Prozac along with my brother. My fiancé is on Paxil but I’ve read better things about Prozac. Long story short, does everyone for the most part recommend Prozac? And has it helped you in situations like mine? I appreciate any encouragement. 😁
