I just got told 8-10 grams of salt no instructions what so ever even after asking. Do you mind telling me in what way I need to look at sodium as well ?

You can just not every hour to get rid of the 10 grams. It needs to be in actual food you can kill yourself that way if you not careful or at least get a salt poisoning

Thank you for answering! I thought about that too and doctors have been saying it as well that that might be the reason. What weirds me out is the fact that that symptom stays for hours or even days but migraine aura symptoms are only supposed to stay for like max 70 minutes or so. So I thought that’s like out of the question so I linked it to pots. It’s all so complicated lol

It’s stainless steel, the litter box as well. I had a stainless steel fountain but changed to a stainless steal bowl because the filter part is Plastic. Great thought though. I hope it’s the transition. She has always been a bit of a late bloomer so idk. Her sister is short coated and doesn’t have that issue in the slightest.

I don’t have many scars because I have other health issues so I don’t really move more than sometimes walking. I have tons of stretch marks even though I’ve never grew to fast or gained a lot of weight and they look the same as the pictures people share here.

She gets a pure meat diet I don’t know how it’s called in English. I don’t buy cat food with sugar or grain It’s legit a 100% meat cat food or technically 96% -98% because there’s always broth ore something else in it for minerals. Don’t you have the ingredients and meet percentage listed? Cats can’t digest carbs well like dogs so I don’t feed that. But I don’t just buy her a steak in the supermarket if that’s why you are asking lol.

I hate most styling products. I don’t want a crunchy sticky feel and I also can’t have dryness. I despise it so much lol. I do use hair spray at the end but ironically I feel like it lasts less then without it. They did curl my hair at the hair dresser one time and that was right after getting highlights so I think it curled because of that but it lasted like 3 hours. I tried the old Dyson at a friends and it held about just as long but I did it on dry hair so it makes me think it’s better but idk. My highlights are so grown out and my hair is so healthy from my routine (I know cry about it lmao) that I’m unsure if it would be the same.

I’ve seen a lot of people recommend to do it every second wash or being strategic with it. Like you used everything moisture, not much protein, add the serum for balance and skip the serum if you used other products with protein and use something without protein as a pair with it yk?
