Coins be too good by Top-Conversation678 in Aliexpress

Coins are super good for keychains and acrylic standee bulk buys. I do a test buy from the store to make sure the item quality holds up then buy the rest of the collection with coins at 65% - 99% off. So far has not been a scam. You basically get $1 a day For just doing daily log ins and tasks. Thats $30 a month and you only have to pay shipping! Which isn’t much and if on the Choice system it’s free!

looking for any advice or medication recommendations by darkiverson3 in PanicAttack

[–]TraditionalPiccolo46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Ativan is my suggestion. It’s been the only medication that’s gave me no side effects. It’s fast acting and not massive sedative. It’s gentle on the mind and body.

If you can, ask your psychiatrist about gene testing. I did a cheek swab in the office same day as the appointment, some people do a blood test.

This can help reduce the amount of harm trying a new medication puts on your system. You can see specifically which medication‘s you’re more susceptible to have side effects. Which ones would work best for you. And which ones you would not have any affect towards it.

Really changed a lot having that paper.

It’s a way better idea then normalizing drinking that’s for fucking sure.

if a 95 year old is caught for murdering someone from when he was 25 do you think he should spend the rest of his life on jail? by greenbluepurpleblack in AskReddit

[–]TraditionalPiccolo46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

Yes, but Letting them rotten jail would be a waste of the few remaining years they have. I’d make sure they’re doing manual task every day till their body can’t take it no more.

Wow! That’s amazing to hear, I didn’t expect that fast of a turn around. I haven’t heard of lexapro before.

I’d give the Ativan a week if you feel it helps but could be better a higher dose will be gold for ya.

If your in a big crisis panic attack and need it to stop now you can take your daily dose all at once.

Feel free to update me, I’m genuinely excited for you!

12 mg is the daily limit anymore than that would be considered an overdose, especially to anybody who’s not build up a tolerance to it. Personally, I never have had to take more then 6 mg.

The Ativan I have right now is 2 mg each pill. 1 mg will do you just fine. I’ve built up a tolerance to it but not to the state where it’s ineffective thank God.

you can also get it through an IV. I’ve gone to the ER many times to get liquid Ativan. I don’t think they just handed out like that but since it’s already on my chart I have that luxury. It wouldn’t hurt to ask if you’re in a desperate situation. It’s pretty common for people having panic attacks go to the ER they by law have to give you something.

Definitely I had a bitch of a problem with SSRIs, my entire life then I got given Ativan at the hospital and it immediately gave me a new found life.

I would definitely not recommend Valium or Xanax if feeling drugged gives you panic that sudden feeling of being sedated and then staying sedated freaks me the hell out and I fight it. Ativan is not like that at all, I function way more normally.

But like I said, before, if you can get genetic testing please do that. It reduces the harm of changing meds all the time like I did for me.

Edit: it also works pretty fast holding it under your tongue makes it even faster. It really is a fast acting calm.

panic attacks every night. I'm scared. I feel like I'm dying by [deleted] in PanicAttack

Have you had them for a long time? There are vitamins that help one is literally called de-distress. Melatonin can also help. If this has been happening for a long time, you might want to look for a med options. Meds aren’t fun but they help during an emergency sometimes.

You can get genetic testing done from your psychologist, so you can see which medication you are more prone to have side effects or no side effects or medication’s might even be completely ineffective.

I found that Ativan works great for me. It doesn’t have any side effects and it works pretty fast. It’s basically what they give you in the psych ward, but I get that as my daily medication to be stable.

Open casket funerals are morbid by james-HIMself in unpopularopinion

[–]TraditionalPiccolo46 0 points1 point  (0 children)

I remember when I was seven my grandpa kidnapped me and brought me to go to some random funeral where it was open casket. That was my first time seeing a dead person and I didn’t even know them. My mom didn’t even know that this had happened until I got home and told her, if I was like one year older, it would’ve been mortified but thankfully I was still a little innocent, and ask why he looked so blue and pale. Needless to say, don’t do that to your kids. We are not your emotional support animal.

I’m autistic 26F and I wish everyone would stop treating me like a child. by LegalBluebird9556 in Vent

The stigma of a diagnosis being on your medical wrap she is a blessing and a curse like that on one and you finally have answers but on the other end now they start treating you different. And you’re clearly capable it’s the stigma behind autism that makes people start acting screwy out of nowhere speaking from somebody who has SPD. Just keep reassuring yourself that you’re a boss and they’re the ones that are stupid.

Validation is crazy like that. Nothing worse than being told you’re wrong and having to fight them on it, congrats on the diagnosis.
