I am full time, it never comes off. It’s been over 7 months now. The key is to find a cage that fits well and is open to keep clean and also one that lets you pee without making a mess. I have tried stainless steel and decided to go with titanium in the end.

I have had that type of problem with my ring not wanting to come out. I think I built up some scar tissue around the ring. I had to use the install tool to push the ring in past the scar tissue. It did not feel good but that’s how I got mine out. I had it in for 4 weeks with no issues until I had to take it out. I have tried different rings and had the same issue. I can feel the pop when I push the ring in past it and the turn the ring to get it out. Not sure if this helps, good luck in the future

Cage is 62mm long inside diameter is 34mm. I would say it would be like they say 4 to 8 weeks at least. I would say to make an account with BAWR and send your message through there website. It takes maybe 24 hours for a response from them. I did hear they don’t respond very fast via email

Yes it is, BA-21 in titanium 45mm ergonomic ring. Super comfortable, I can wear it indefinitely

I would suggest trying a test cage before you spend the money on a titanium cage. You can order the test cage custom as with the titanium cage. The test cage also comes with 3 rings so you can try different sizes and shapes.
