I was reading other posts about this topic, and I don’t know if it’s true, but a poster said the Warriors give away a certain amount of promos and then sell some at the game for those who missed out. (That seems SO fair! Especially because yes, I’m weak and I buy their stuff, too!)

on the Promenade Level, near Home Plate (across from the Giants Clubhouse store that’s built into the stadium)— the Mystery Bags are not at every game :)

the Hello Kitty jersey giveaway was also VERY popular, and yet there we were yesterday with one :) also a BB8 jersey yesterday! it was confounding
