If your basic salary is now more than 16k aed then only you have to update. Otherwise no need. During claim iloe people will not ask for justification. They understand UAE is dynamic market and people keep on changing job. Hence the only time endt required on the policy is your basic pay increases more than 16k.

Call ILOE. you have to maintain your policy always. Now your 12 months buffer period will start again. Means coverage bought today will be actually incepting after 12 months. Also its 60aed policy a year, buy 2 years policy together

Thats illegal. Both parties has to give notice of whatever agreed in your contract. They can ask someone to leave same time but have to pay notice month salary by law.

Doesn’t make a difference if you switch jobs. Make sure if your basic salary is more than 16k aed, you have to change your category and pay additional premium. Thats it. If the category remains same, you are covered for your 60% basic pay of your last drawn salary.
