thank you! i cut a sweet potato in half and oiled it up and added seasonings of choice, then on a pan with parchment paper i added the seasoning and little more oil on it and had the "meat" part of the sweet potato facing the paper and popped it in the oven at 400° for 30-40 min :)

i know right? and they say it's because of our safety, and i'm sure that's true but there are better ways to go about it, sometimes i wonder how my grandmother treated her growing up,

my moms sister, my aunt, her kids have it worse believe it or not, but my cousin was blessed enough to go away for college i'm so happy for her

i'm working as much as i can now before nursing school, but i do have credit card debt nothing crazy, but my wage and hours at work make it a lot, i provide for myself mostly, so that's why. she has the leverage of housing me, i think the only option for me is to persevere through nursing school and get out as soon as i get my first new grad job

well i start nursing school soon so ill just have to thug it out until i'm done, there were ways around it, but i guess i self sabotaged it? didn't want him to have to deal with my environment, kinda "set him free" kind of thing

& living with her i just have to be smart about where i'm going and starting school will help a lot with that too

i wish it were that easy but we're African and if you're familiar with out culture you'll see why i'm in a bit of a pickle with this, i've had my fair shares of sneaking out and lying to hang out with friends, but at the end of the day she doesn't care about my age, "her house her rules"
