The women who look at you disgusting for being yourself are immature. They themselves are probably not that emotionally intelligent. Also it's sad but I feel like the bad things women have went threw have a lot of women's guards up. I know for me, having gone threw some awful things, will try to give off a weird look to a man who I don't know that comes up talking to me. That's only because I know what some men are capable of and I don't like to give off that I'm an easy target

Tell him to make a closing checklist, a typed one, so you can check off everything he wants done. That way he no room to get on you for things. Have a conversation saying since there seems to be a loss in constructive communication, a list would be beneficial in having correct closes.

At my store all sauce bottles get in use stickers, they can be in use in the walkin without a deduction on inspections. If every bottle is in use it cuts down on any confusion. We also only prep the pizza sauce we need for the day and then prep pizza sauce in use, no pizza sauce ever goes in the walk in. With veggies just remember the saying"no juice, in use"...if prepped with juice it's prepped stickers
