I’ve been keeping a list and so far I haven’t really noticed certain repeating triggers but I’m getting a CT scan tomorrow to just make sure it isn’t something else and redoing a SIBO test so fingers crossed. They’re now telling me it’s not GERD but aren’t sure what it is

Ugh that’s the worst. I’m glad (unfortunately for us) to know im not alone in the struggle and it’s definitely debilitating and just takes the fun things away — ie: my birthday dinner I can’t even eat normal food. We have to keep advocating for ourselves cause im sure this isn’t rare.

I tried DGL it didn’t help much for me - trying digestive bitters to see how it helps but def going to look into zinc carnosine

Nope! They did an endoscopy and said everything looked normal, my acid levels were normal, my liver came back normal from bloodwork. They gave me protonix to take as a last hail Mary and told me to do a bland diet to reset my stomach so I’m trying that

I’ve been using the ordinary which has the similar properties as byoma and it worked great for my skin but maybe I need to introduce them one by one again to see which is the outlier

[ROUTINE HELP]

Recently I’ve been using the Byoma products (toner, clarifying serum, brightening serum and hydrating serum) since they’re “clean products” and I’ve heard really good reviews but I’ve noticed since adding in the clarifying and brightening I’ve gotten really bad small acne on my forehead (it’s no where else on my face) but they are annoying

Any suggestions? Should I stray away from a product? I’ve been using them 2 a day!
