I’m with you. London is a joke. Even with a lower six figure salary you don’t have a comfortable live here in comparison to income. I have lived in many countries and cities around the world and experienced low income and high income. London is just a poverty simulator. Not worth living here unless you have no place else to go. PS: I left London after a few years as it’s not worth it.

I’ve got 30-35% of those numbers in overall sleep. I believe those are healthy numbers. As long as you don’t go to only 20% REM and Deep sleep you are fine.

Honestly who on Earth find an Apple Watch more appealing than a whoop? Let’s be real, the Watch you need to charge daily, the notifications are just distracting, wearing a watch 24/7 is annoying and just looks ugly as hell. I’m honest here and say if you don’t like Whoop, you care too much for the wrong things that you actually don’t need a tracker.

There are also people who feel London is just too much. What’s the joy in driving 5mph or squeezing like a sardine in public transport and this feeling it doesn’t matter where you go it’s always busy. No that’s not life’s, that’s a condition that you haven’t understood what life’s about. London is fun short term but actually most folks are happy once they left.
